RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We’ll gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on mateadlifestyle.com for return or exchange. Matead Life Style merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique or store for their return policy. Items purchased in a Matead Life Style store must be returned to a Matead Life Style store. Items must include the attached Matead Life Style price tickets and be accompanied by the original store sales receipt.
If we receive your return at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery, we’ll credit your original form of payment. If it’s received after 30 days, a Matead Life Style e-gift card will be issued. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new e-gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: eGift and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
How To Start Your Return or Exchange (US only)
Print a FREE RETURN LABEL® to receive a faster refund!
- Locate Your Order
Click on My Account and select Order History. From the Order Details page, copy your order number and send us via email.
- Select Your Items
Locate the items you wish to return or exchange. If the item was a gift, check the Gift box to receive an e-gift card for the refund.
- Get Your Return Label
Print your label and pack up your items. We’ll send you an email with your return tracking number.
- Drop Off Your Return
Take your return to any USPS facility or schedule a pickup at www.usps.com.
- Receive Your Refund!
Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed.
Free Return Label® can be used for all US addresses including APO/FPO addresses and US Territories. Please contact Customer Service if returning hazerdous items.
When Will I Be Refunded?
Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.
