  • Where is your store located?

We are in Massachusetts on 81 Trapelo Rd, Belmont, MA 02478.

  • How long does shipping take?

Once your order is placed, it will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business day (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). And will be delivered within 4-8 business days for more information please check out our Shipping Policy.

  • What is your satisfaction guarantee?

All of our products are absolutely guaranteed. Every time. Any reason. Or we’ll make it right.

We stand by everything we sell. So if you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, neither are we. We’ll make it right – please contact us via our official email: support@mateadlifestyle.com for better assistance. Simple as that.

  • Are the shipping times guaranteed?

When you add an item to your basket, we’ll ask you to choose a shipping speed. We’ll then let you know the estimated arrival date for your item – and that’s something we stand by. Sometimes bad weather or carrier delays can throw a spanner in the works, but if your order doesn’t get to you on time, contact us and we’ll make it right.

  • What do I do if my tracking says my order has been delivered and I have not received my package?

Oh no! Please CONTACT US within 30 days of the delivery date so we can investigate further.

  • There is something missing/ defective/ not what I ordered. What should I do? 

We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact us and raise a return request and follow directions as instructed. (Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. If such items are not reported in a timely fashion, we will not issue store credit. Please email support@mateadlifestyle.com for assistance.)

  • Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately at this time we do not. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.

  • Is everything true to size?

At Cupshe, we take pride in our dedication to making sure that all of our pieces are true to size. The best way to choose the right size for you is to take your measurements according to our ‘How to Measure’ guide above.

  • How can I find my order information?

You can check from Order Tracking page. You can also review order information in the confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase.

  • What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS for domestic delivery.  If you need expedited shipping, just message us.  When available, we can adjust your order to accommodate fees for a shipping upgrade.
